The Association of Maritime Journalists of Nigeria (AMJON) has expressed its condolence to the Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Mr. Bello-Koko and his family on the recent death of his beloved father, Alhaji Muhammad Koko.
A statement by the Secretary General of AMJON, Oluwasegun Oladipupo, said that the association is with the MD in prayer, adding, “We share your pains but our relief is that your father lived a fulfilled life.”
The statement further reads; “We are only humans who all know that this world is not our permanent abode but our prayer is that we grow old before our departures.
“It is our prayer that the Allah will also comfort your immediate and extended families and grant them the fortitude to bear this painful loss.”
AMJON prayed Allah to forgive the late Alhaji Muhammad Koko all his shortcomings and grant him Aljanat.
